Bolts, nuts, washers, studs, screws and rivets
From standard catalogue items to project-specific fasteners, we support your supply process with the right standard, property class, material and coating.
The safety of an assembly often depends on its smallest part: the fastener. The wrong property class, a mismatched nut and bolt, or a coating unsuited to the environment can lead to loosening, corrosion and failure. That is why we approach fastener supply through operating conditions, not just dimensions.
We evaluate requests for metric and imperial fasteners to DIN, ISO, EN and ASTM/ANSI standards based on standard, size, property class, material, coating and quantity. Together, we identify suitable alternatives that meet the technical expectations of industries such as defence, railway, energy, steel construction and machine building.
You can also send requests for products not listed here.

Carbon steel classes are covered by ISO 898-1 and stainless classes by ISO 3506-1. Yield values for stainless steel are 0.2% proof stress.
Clear or yellow zinc plating; an economical choice for indoor and mildly corrosive conditions.
A thick zinc layer for long-lasting protection outdoors and on steel structures.
High corrosion resistance; preferred for high-strength bolts as it involves no electrolytic process.
Common on socket screws, oiled finish; for indoor and machinery applications.
Both standards define fully threaded hex head screws and are used as equivalents. The difference is the width across flats for some sizes: M10 is 17 mm in DIN 933 but 16 mm in ISO 4017; M12 is 18 mm instead of 19 mm; M14 is 21 mm instead of 22 mm; and M22 is 34 mm instead of 32 mm. This should be considered when choosing tools and assembly fixtures.
The first number is one hundredth of the nominal tensile strength (8 → 800 MPa); the second indicates the ratio of yield strength to tensile strength (.8 → 80%). So a class 8.8 bolt has a nominal tensile strength of 800 MPa and a yield strength of 640 MPa. Higher classes carry more load, but the nut class must match the bolt (e.g. a class 10 nut for a 10.9 bolt).
A2 corresponds to 304-type austenitic stainless steel and is suitable for general indoor and outdoor environments. A4 is molybdenum-alloyed 316-type steel, preferred in highly corrosive settings such as marine environments, chlorides, swimming pools and chemical plants. The number after the dash (-70, -80) indicates the strength class.
Electroplating high-strength bolts such as 10.9 and 12.9 can introduce a risk of hydrogen embrittlement. For these classes, zinc flake coatings or suitably treated coating options are considered. Hot-dip galvanising is common for outdoor steel structures; in that case nuts must be selected with an appropriate thread tolerance.
Yes. In addition to metric sizes, you can send requests for imperial fasteners such as UNC and UNF. Providing the size, thread type, material/grade (e.g. SAE J429 Grade 5, Grade 8) and quantity speeds up the evaluation.
The standard, size, property class or material, coating, quantity and any certificate requirements are sufficient. A technical drawing, sample photo or existing part number also speeds up the process. You can send these details via the form or by email.
