2. Personal Data Processed

Through the quote and information request form on our website, we process your full name, company name, phone number, email address and any information you share in your request, as well as your IP address and browser information for form security purposes.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare quotations, establish a business relationship, carry out communication activities and ensure the security of the website (preventing spam and automated submissions).

4. Legal Basis and Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically via the website form and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the Law, where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and Article 5(2)(f), where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with our website hosting and email service providers and, where required by law, with authorised public institutions. Under the Google reCAPTCHA service used for form security, your IP address and browser information may be transferred to servers abroad owned by Google LLC; this transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the applicable legislation, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once that period ends.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. Applications

You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing to the address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or via your registered email address to [email protected]. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
